Our in-house club team programs are tailored to the athletes. Don’t want to compete? Just want to get better at the lifts? Beginner who needs to learn from scratch? Want to compete at the highest level and fight for medals?

Key Features
Custom-made programming supported by a consistent technical model; reevaluated based on your progress and adaptations.

Technique Assessment
We identify movement patterns that influence your performance, pain, and risk for injury. We then monitor changes in these patterns over time through consistent technical development to track changes.

Individulized Programming
We provide custom programming through Google Sheets. Programming is periodized around your competition schedule, based on your psychological response to training, and is designed to improve your strength and technical deficits.

Coaching and Relationships
Individual coaching, intelligent program design and a flexible training schedule with a team training environment.

How To Get Started
1. Schedule a Zoom or phone call with our certified coaches - A call for you to ask any and all questions about GG Weightlifting, as well as our opportunity to get to know you and your goals. The best way to find out if we're the club for you! Regardless of your age or experience level, we'll direct you towards the program that best fits your needs.
2. Complete our onboarding program - If you're brand new to weightlifting, we will teach you the foundations of the lifts so you feel technically strong and have a confident grasp of the movements as you move into team training. This takes place over 5 1on1 sessions with one of our certified coaches. If you're already an experienced weightlifter, just let us know and we'll hit the ground running after reviewing your goals, reviewing video, and discussing past programming!
Our GG Weightlifting Club team coached training times for September 2024 - April 2025 are:

Monday: 4-7pm
Tuesday: 7-9am, 4-7pm
Wednesday: 4-7pm
Thursday: 7-9am, 4-7pm
Friday: 4-7pm
Saturday: 9-11am (outside of a few competition weekends, see the schedule board at the gym, or the AWA competition schedule)

Unlimited Weightlifting Club
Programming: However many sessions per week of custom programming you're willing to commit to delivered via Google Sheets, re-evaluated daily or weekly per need. This typically involves more advanced periodization structures to manage fatigue at higher training volumes.
