General FAQs

Where are you located? You can find us at 6740 99 Street NW, near the communities of Ritchie and Hazeldean in Edmonton.
What are your operational hours? We don't have regular staffed operational hours as we run via appointment only. Our group programs run at their designated practice times, which can be found on their respective pages.
Do you offer open gym memberships? As a general rule, we do not offer open gym memberships. BUT We do offer open-access to personal training clients and athletes in our group programs on a case-by-case basis pending approval from our staff.
Billing & Cancellation FAQs
How does billing work? We run our billing though Square online payments portal. Depending on your program, we either bill through regularly scheduled invoices sent to your email, or automatic monthly billing to the major credit/debit card of your choice. We require individuals apart of our group programs place a card on file for automatic billing at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
What is your cancellation policy for 1on1 appointments? Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in your trainer's day that could have been filled by another individual. As such, we require 24 hrs notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hrs notice, or miss their appointment, can be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.
What if I am running late or have to cancel at the last minute? If you’re going to be late or need to cancel late-minute, please connect with your trainer via email or WhatAppsas soon as possible. Illnesses and unexpected circumstances do occur, and clear communication helps us connect with you about your situation.
What is your cancellation policy for your group programs? Our group programs run on a month-to-month basis with no fixed-length contract terms. With that in mind, we ask that if you would like to cancel to please give us written notice at least 10 days prior to your monthly billing date via WhatsApp to your coach/trainer or to spectrumperformancerehab@gmail.com.
