Rather than training as a whole team, we aim to keep our cohorts capped to ensure every rep is being coached and tracked. Nothing falls through the cracks.
We employ key strength-training movements, such as Olympic lifts, barbell strength movements, impulse-based plyometrics, and sport-specific accessories.
Our coaches have experience working with athletes of all levels, from elementary to high school, and from brand new athletes, to university commits, to world medalists.

How To Get Started
1. Contact us to get started with a free athlete consultation call - We'll discuss your sports history, current training, your sport goals and training goals, and injury history. From there, we'll book you in for an in-person athlete assessment if we spot any major red flags. Otherwise, you're set to go!
2. Click below to register - We'll send you an email at the address you provide to get to know you and get you sorted into a cohort that works for your schedule.

What to Expect
We will be running two cohorts for the summer of 2026, starting July 6th and running through August 28th

This program is beginner-friendly, as no experience is required! Extra experience is always an asset, and an experienced athlete will get an extra push from our coaches.
