Learn To Weightlift Group Course
Crafted to introduce essential weightlifting skills in a fun and safe environment. Led by Coach Claudia Lim, this 8-week program consists of 16 sessions focusing on the foundational lifts of the Snatch, Clean Jerk, as well accessory movements such as squats, presses, and pulls.

Join us for our new 'Learn to Weightlift' program! Over 8 weeks, you will develop the skills for performing Olympic lifts, including the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. Our focus is on instilling safe lifting mechanics, refining technique, and enhancing mobility, strength, and power.
